Customade is an Australian owned and run business that partners with global merchants in order to provide you with the best prices.

How long is shipping?

Delivery takes in average 15 working days once shipped.

How much is shipping?

We charge a very reasonable WORLDWIDE flat rate of AU $8.95 on all orders or FREE SHIPPING on all orders over AU $100.

What is the shop currency?

Our Shop currency is in AUD. 

How long is order processing?

Orders are usually processed within 5-7 days. 

Order Cancellations:

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. 

Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge.

We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Should you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within 12 hours of placing the order to receive a refund. 

Cancelled orders will incur a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.

 

Discount code notice:

Discount codes MUST be used at the point of purchase by the customer during checkout. We WILL NOT apply discount codes after purchases. 
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's the rest of my order?

 

What is your refund and returns policy?

If your order is received defective, we will send another item. Photo proof is required.

Returns and refunds will not be provided due to customer error; eg. not reading item descriptions before purchasing or providing the incorrect shipping address etc.

We do not exchange or refund due to change of mind.

Faulty, damaged or any other claims must be lodged within 5 days of arrival of order. 

If you receive the wrong item (We're only human), we will send you out the correct item!

We do not accept returns on personalised items.

Gift Voucher & Store Credit 

Gift Vouchers and Store Credit are valid from 6 months from the issue date, after that we can no longer honour it.
